HP-1: .HPE Export/Import?

How, EXACTLY, can I export/import my Sentinel HP-1 favorite lists? I want to save (export) my Sentinel favorite lists before upgrading to the new version of HP-1&2 Sentinel, just in case the upgrade wipes out my Sentinel HP-1 favorite lists.

I don't see any export/import function in Sentinel. Can someone please post detailed step-by-step instructions on how to export Sentinel favorite lists to .HPE files, and then how to import them back into Sentinel? Is it a series of Windows commands or Sentinel commands, or both? Thanks.

For export:
Click FILE
then EXPORT TO HPE FILE

For import:
Click FILE
then IMPORT FROM HPE FILE
