Central California 151.115

Hi, I am hearing something on 151.115 that I have never heard before. It is a computer generated message that is stating "The system has gone missing on plane #...." It kept repeating a bunch of individual plane numbers, 74, 84, 43, 104, etc, but no tail numbers, just that same message over and over.

Any ideas at all??

Better location might help? Central California is a big place

Or any PL/DCS tone?

Fresno Area with a tone of 156.7.

Hm I can usually hear Fresno stuff, no copy here near modesto.

151.1150 with 156.7 is Madera County SO Courts. I know the were doing some work this channel on their radio system, including moving it to a different location. I'm not sure if this had anything to do with what you heard.

Maybe that's what it was because I haven't heard it for about 2 weeks.....
