IAB and CMD are now P25, joining the previously cut over CW4, OCCB2 and DET2 channels. That's it for current NYPD P25 conversions; I'm aware of no immediate plans for other channels. Testing continues - these have not been fully "accepted" yet, AFAIK.

You can expect much (but perhaps not all) of the traffic to be encrypted. The old analog systems remain in place for backup/special events.

Ch Freq NAC
CW4 470.8875 EF0
DET2 470.6375 EF1
OCCB2 471.0125 EF3
IAB 470.7625 EF2
CMD 471.1375 EF4

Have these 2 changes been submitted to the database? It still shows pl tones for these 2 and does not reflect p25..

I've not submitted them to the DB myself. AFAIK the analog systems will remain in place as backup indefinitely, so it's probably appropriate to keep the PLs in the DB alongside the NACs and not delete them.

Are there any known plans for the other Citywide frequencies (Citywide 1-3) to go p25 or encrypted?

No, that's it for the foreseeable future. (Beyond the foreseeable future isn't foreseeable, of course.)
