Looking at Manhattan in Riley Co Ks I see there is no Manhattan PD listing , are they covered by this ?

1334 536 D KSU PD Disp Kansas State University Police 1 - Law Dispatch, or is this just for the University of Ks ?

I see the PD listings, sounds like you're looking at the trunked systems page which only the university police are on.

That is because there is no Manhattan PD. It is Riley County Police Department and it covers the county and the city of Manhattan.

And the above trunked talkgroup you are referring to is KSU PD, not University of Kansas...
