That means they are using the 155.655 and its being rebroadcast on IWN rather than the other way around.
If you set up one of your digital scanner as a 1 freq trunk or what ever the radio shack variation is you should see the radio id's on the 155.655 channel.

All good to know ... guess that pretty well means 59711 is/will be Snohomish County east patrols?
I'd say that's definitely a logical inference.
Actually I was a little hasty in saying there was no IDs, as I listened throughout the night I would say 1/5 of the transmissions had IDs. I also heard a unit say " can you add to the trunking log: SR 2 at milepost something bad reception"
