Elwood PD

BCD436HP with current RR database and zip service 46036 enabled. Am unable to receive Elwood PD traffic and not sure why.Any help would be appreciated.

Elwood PD is dispatched by Madison Co Law and is on SAFE-T, Madison Co Law talkgrout 37360/91F

Using uniden 436 HP's ZIP functionality. I had heard that Elwood has converted to P25 II. Does this alter the SAFE-T, Madison Co Law talkgrout 37360/91F? I've downloaded the current Uniden/RR database into the scanner, but still no Elwood PD.

If you hear Madison Co on SAFE-T at all, you should be hearing Elwood units dispatched, that's where they are at.
