Tom's river /dover nj help

If anyone can help me, I can't hear dover/tomsriver non ocean co? Think they are encrypted, be the pro 668 iscan and just wondering of anyone has any info on how these them???

All Toms River Twp PD are encrypted, FD isn't.

If you're listening at the right time you may catch some radios unencrypted,whatever reason that is the case. That's why I still have them programmed in.

I'm in Toms River. To be honest I've pretty much stopped listening to all police frequencies in the past year or two. I find with common police dispatch channels enabled in the area the scanner just never shuts up. Instead I keep NJSP 10COMM (marine patrols) and NJSP and Ocean County medivac freqs enabled most of the time alongside fire and some EMS (just not MONOC9, again too noisy). I have a separate list where I have some NJSP enabled - mostly GSP and TPK there. I turn that on occasionally. Besides that there are a few interesting NJSP talkgroups - investigation related - that I'll enable on a slow day.
