I reported the problem. It is unreal that a users radio could be keyed for this long. Did whoever do the programming of the radio not program a time-out timer?

Okay, Channel 3 either got locked out, or the idiot with the hot mic fixed himself.

Redlands came up on the san b. Systems so it was a patch. No interop freq.
