New 900 Mhz system

I am hearing a control channel active on 935.95 and I am wondering who the system belongs to?

8113h-0001 it shows on my BC396XT.

To note I am picking it up strongly in the Chula Vista area. Also the only license with that freq in San iego county shows Vegas Wireless and it is a conventional system.

Band opening???

Think they are just linked. They have the same system ID. But I guess it's possible it could be a band opening as well.

As of the last few days no traffic on it just the control channel.
