Trying to isolate Issaquah FD and PD, PD did not seem to be a issue but unsure which TGID should be using for Issaquah, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Fire is part of Eastside Fire and Rescue. They are dispatched by NORCOM on FDISP-1. Typically respond on FTAC-1

To add to what @im800mhz told you, units stationed in Issaquah are numbered 71-73 e.g. Engine 71.

Depending on what else is occurring on the eastside, a tac channel other than FTAC-1 may be used; this would be announced when units are initially dispatched.

Thanks that is exactly what I wanted, breaking down the TGID fire stuff for NORCOM not real clear which FDISP is used for which location primarily.

Norcom dispatches for all east side departments. These include Issaquah (70 series). Sammamish (80 series), Redmond (11-18), Bellevue (1-9), Kirkland (20 series), Bothell (40 series), Woodinville (30 series), and many others. The main dispatch TG is via "Locution" which is automated "Robo" dispatch via the CAD dispatch system. There is a DISP2 which is for comms for units to talk to dispatch when not in quarters. You will not hear any actuals calls on this TG. The TAC talk groups are for responses. TAC1 is used mostly for EMS type runs. TAC2 and up are typically for FD responses.
