St Johns County has applied for a license on a 700 MHz trunk system to be located at the site near I95 and SR 16 where the 800 MHz site controller is. System is already operational. Freqs are 773.20625, 774.15625, and 774.65625 (CC). Pro96Com has the system ID as 0292h, site as 0115. Could this be part of a regional interoperability system?

It hard to tell what system could be. Possible slers? I would listen in see what it is. I was planning to visit the area around may I lived there for 21 years.

Caught the tail end of a transmission on TG 64000 "This concludes the test of the Emergency Broadcast System". Then one op called another: "Saw you had your radio on, how did it sound? Loud and clear". I noticed a new set of antennas on the tower about 6 months ago.

It is in fact part of the regional IO network.

Several sites across the state being added.

Not part of SLERS.

On the site 0115 is it 0-115 or 1-15? I ran Pro96com last night (in panama city) cause I want to see what it shows different than unitrunker. I also noticed Unitrunker gave me 3 freq's and Pro96Com gave me 2 freqs. On the Freq's you posted is 774.65625cc only no other show up as "a" next to them? Wonder cause I'm building my own files to keep and put them in the radio when I go visit back in SA I'll have them in.

I'm not certain but you may be looking at a site for the Region 3 Mutual Aid System.

Only region 5 is in RR right now:
Region 5 Mutual Aid Interoperable Communications System Trunking System, Various, Florida - Scanner Frequencies

I see Region 1 is up in my area in Panama City Beach nothing heard on this system I guess it went live around Christmas time.

Region 1 Mutual Aid Interoperable Communications System Trunking System, Varies, Florida - Scanner Frequencies

You are correct on being Region 3 Mutual Aid System. I was looking at some maps see what counties they are in.

I looked in sjc 100 fcc grant and see the license WQWY710. I updated the info to RRDB. Under the Region 3.
