Bandplan Help for 380 Mhz P25 System

I am trying to figure out the frequencies for a local military base for monitoring there Fire and EMS Channels. I have a Uniden HP1 in LCN Monitor Mode.

I get the following LCN Numbers
493 - 386.1625
504 -
522 - 386.5250
532 - 386.6500
548 -
643 - 388.0375
650 - 388.1250
669 - 388.3625
681 - 388.5125
777 -

How do i figure out the "base" frequency so I can use the conversion in the forum post above?

Would be nice to hear the fire and EMS Dispatches.

What system type, and what are the frequencies that go with those LCNs? It's impossible to calculate without some frame of reference other than to say the base is likely LCN 000.

It is a P25 Phase I System
