Cab or transport

While running a vhf search,
I came across something I never found before.
There is actually 2--but we will focus on the last 1 I heard.
152.900--dc--134...
Last clue I got was--a party of 3 wanted a mini van for their trip to Concord trailways.
They also got luggage.
No money mentioned,
just preferred vehicle..

Closest thing going is in Carrol county.
Anyone seen a cab with a VHF antenna?

They operate a lot in the Laconia area. However, they are not Winnipesaukee Transit or Mr C's Taxi. Both of whom coincidentally operate illegally on UHF repeaters.

Hmmm, not smart.
Which brings me to the 2nd entity--- 461.600---141.3.......
It is a very strong signal.
It has a station I-D that checks in every 59 minutes.
I timed it the other day.
They --are confusing. ( new entity )
These guys opperated on Xmas eve, new years eve, and late night.

I found that 461.600 right before the FCC enforced the narrowband..
In fact--it was these guys who were complaining about the narrowband.
they were talking about towers and tower work..
They hang in Epsom.
Last clue i got from them was about measuring the inside diameter of a pipe.

Winnipesaukee Transit, a Division of the Belknap-Merrimack Community Action Program is on 453.2250R/179.9. I heard them as late as this morning using the repeater. Their license (WPBP835) expired in 2013 and was never modified to Narrow-Band.

Mr. C's Taxi is on 463.2250R/186.2. The last license in that area (Gilford) was AE Mithcell Construction (WNBC372) and expired 11/2004.
