New Talkgroup on Zone 3 MSP

last night around 730-800pm i was picking up 31312 with what sounded troopers or DOC personnel talking about a disturbance at the Bridgewater Jail. Any idea what this talkgroup is?

In my notes I have it listed as a possible DOC talk group. When watching the system via Unitrunker radios that affiliated with that TG also affiliated with known DOC TGs. I've seen activity on zones 5 and 8 for that TG but not nearly as active as known DOC talk groups 31248 and 31280.
