Yaesu: Yaesu FTM-400DR Dual Receive?

Evening gentlemen. I'm seriously considering purchasing a Yaesu FTM-400, but there's one question that the promotional lit and reviews don't touch on. Does it have independent 2-channel operation (aka: true dual receive) like the FT-8800R?

True dual receive with independent volume knobs and control dials for each "side" of the radio. Memories are also independent, with 500 for each side. Gorgeous color screen. Frequency and alpha tag visible at the same time. Fast scanning. Very configurable. $100 mail in rebate available

Get the 400DR at a reduced price (while they last), or the 400XD if you need better GPS

Yes it has dual RX, but only the top band is capable of C4FM.

You might not want to wait. If I recall correctly, the radios must be purchased by January 31 to qualify for the current rebates (as much as $100).
