Are you sure your ready for the task and time it is going to take?

It is going to seem like a never ending task to keep the clashes down to a low level and the few that step over the line with non acceptable comments to keep them in check.

Then there are those that get off the original topic and the thread needs to be pulled back to what it started out as. We all seem to be guilty of it at one time or another.
