Just curious for monitoring purposes about GMRS repeaters in and around the Central and Western NC area.

How active are the repeaters around here?

Does anyone know of any other repeaters in the area that are not listed on mygmrs.com?

Thanks in advance!

I already did... I just wanted to get some more information about how active the repeaters are and if there are more that aren't listed on mygmrs.com. .

Thanks!

I tuned my radio to the F-18 repeater on Sauratown Mountain for an hour or so and only heard it key up once.

A while back I heard a conversation between to guys on the F-18 repeater... they switched to a different repeater, but I don't know what the frequency was. It was about the same signal strength as the F-18.

Any tips for monitoring GMRS repeaters?

Are there other GMRS repeaters around that aren't listed on mygmrs.com?

Thanks!

Thanks! If I'm ever up that way, I'll give it a listen.

Any more repeaters that aren't on mygmrs.com or monitoring tips?

Thanks!
