Just purchased my Home Patrol 1 and updated everything, and I am not picking up my Local City Police or Fire Department, a long with Gundersen Tri-State Ambulance. I live in La Crosse Wisconsin, 54601. Thanks for any help. John

Make sure your Service Types are set properly and nothing is avoided..

They appear to operate on this system: La Crosse Public Safety - P25 Trunking System, La Crosse, Wisconsin - Scanner Frequencies
When on that system, you should see "La Crosse Public Safety - P25" in the top main row of the display, with Departments and Channels searching.
