Pro 94 questions.

I'm on a bit of a time crunch (kinda a hectic day) so I haven't done any research yet, sorry. I have recently gotten my hands on a Pro 94 handheld scanner, I was just wondering if anyone could tell me A) how hard is it to program? And B) Would anyone be able to tell me if it would work for me to pick up both Prince William County VA fire and rescue and Fairfax County fire and rescue. I'd like to monitor all of the channels for each but I'm not sure what Fairfax uses (frequency wise). I know PWC is on the 800mhz and dispatches on 154.325. Any help would be greatly appreciated, again I'm sorry I wasn't able to research anu thing on my own (at this time, if time permits later I will and update this thread with anything I find).

154.325 Yes. Prince William County Phase II no, they're digital. The Pro-94 doesn't do digital.
