The whole system? Have you tried ID search to see if that helps?
If not set your radio to Control channel Search (if you have a 396/996XT) and see if it comes in that way,the radio will find the control channel and play,once it does hit Hold and it will decode the rest,If it does,maybe they changed the frequencies....

I really have only downloaded the programming from Radio Reference. I will try a search.

I think they may have switched to TG 6304
They definitely switched to 6304. I heard them here last week.
