The last couple of days I've been monitoring this system. Control channel of 856.6625. So far I've gotten the following TGs:
1456, 4400, 4432, 4464, 4496, 4528, 4720, and 4752.
FCC database shows this as licensed to United Fire Authority.

Anyone confirm?

Still no traffic on this system. The talk groups mentioned in the first notice were associated with training exercises. I have not heard anything since. I wonder why?

Question.....

Why is UFA launching their own radio system? Are they leaving UCA so they and the rest of the county can operate on two separate systems like the City?

Looks like more taxpayer waste to me when there is a perfectly good system working that all can communicate on with interoperability....and it's no secret how well the UFA has managed the monies due to recent scandals that have made news of late.

This is no attack on the men and women of the UFA as they do a great job, I just want to know why they think they need their own trunked system.
