You can manually do it. It has to be done through software. Instructions to download the software are included in the links.

I've been monitoring public service band scanners for more years than I can to think about, lately mastered the x36hp line, but to add... with much difficulty. Not a tech guy. There are so many other talented members here on this forum that can solve any problem. our brother members have helped me at some dark times. By letting this thread stand, I'm sure someone here in Jersey will see it and run to your rescue!
Just a note, a radio service in East Brunswick on Route 18 called Newport Bay, may also be a solution to the problem, that is if you can get the radio down to them. Sorry I couldn't be of more help....
