Milford CT PD

Good afternoon all. I have a quick question about NAC codes for Milford, CT Police Dept. I'm using a HomePatrol 2 with Butel's ARC Patrol software. I have programmed the one listed in the database (180 NAC and 280 NAC), but it doesn't seem to be correct. I will hear a short squelch over the channel but no audio. I also Naugatuck PD in my scanner and have no issue with it or the settings. Thanks for any help.

Milford P.D is Encrypted? Look under Connecticut.

Just like George said, Milford PD is encrypted and has been for quite some time now (20+ years). You will not be able to monitor them.

Thanks George and Joe. It is encrypted. For some reason I thought Naugatuck was as well and I could monitor them.

Mike i belive at one time many years ago naugatuck PD was encrypted and they changed back to normal that after a short time of being encrypted.

Naugatuck is 100% Encrypted on CH2 CH1 they can turn it on and off

Yeah you are correct on that and i bet they can do it on ch 1 dispatch, they are currently not encrypted on ch 1 i am listening to them going to a fatal mva in middlebury as i type this o. 5-24-16- i
