What connection is this?

Im looking to make an outdoor antenna for my Realistic Pro-2023, Im just not sure of the antenna connection type that it has, Does anyone know? (Had to resize img so it looks longer than it is)

That is a "Motorola" type plug. The kind they used to use on car radios.

Here is a Motorola male to SO239 female adapter:

Yes, it will allow you to connect with a PL259 (UHF) type connector. There are also adapters for BNC (bayonet type) connectors.

I used to replace mine with chassis mount bnc connectors...
