Since both scanner manufactures have announced DMR upgrades or new models, just what in Ohio is on DMR?

All of the Casinos in the state use some sort of MOTOTRBO trunked radio system. Also a lot of hospitals and manufacturing have gone DMR in the state.

I'm not sure which part of the state of Ohio you're interested in, but here is a list of DMR systems that I have personally monitored, so I know they're all active and correct.

KNIX248, Bellefontaine Police
WNDD469, Bellefontaine Fire
KXF638, Bowling Green Fire
KXF638, Bowling Green Police
KLO385, Bowling Green Public Works Dept.
KBD554, Bowling Green State University Police
WQNS381, Bowling Green State University Parking Services
KET263, Wood County Sheriff
KVG756, Perrysburg Police
WPYX973, Wood County Courthouse Security
WQE316, Toledo Museum of Art
WNFT532, Elmwood Local School, Bloomdale
WQOH646, Lucas County Developmental Disabilities
KLS252, WPDI783, KTS670, City of Toledo Public Services
WPQD575, FELHC (First Energy), Toledo
WQNE465, Hancock-Wood Electric Cooperative, North Baltimore
WQMP749, Prism Propane, North Baltimore
WQU564, Archer Daniels Midland, Fostoria
WQIW659, Poet Design, Fostoria

There are many other users that use shared repeaters on the Futronics systems that are listed in the frequency database. I have listened to many of these, too, but some are difficult to Identify. A few include Rossford Schools, Gibsonburg Schools, Clyde/Green Springs Schools, and Madison Motors of Fremont.

It would open up a whole new arena of things to monitor that you couldn't monitor before.

I believe that Mercy/St V's in Toledo uses DMR for their Police.

If anyone is closer to Cleveland I have found these DMR frequencies and need the correct LCN to submit. I will work on them when I get back up that way next week. But if you have the DMR upgrade try these.

The LCN should not matter for the cap+ systems
WQRD808 Jack Casino
451.0250 DMR cap+ DCC 7
451.2000 DMR cap+ DCC 9
451.6750 DMR cap+ DCC 1
452.4750 DMR cap+ DCC 3
452.750 DMR cap + DCC 11
452.800 DMR cap+ DCC 5

B&C con+ B &C Communications Connect Plus (Ohio) Trunking System, Various, Ohio - Scanner Frequencies

ALL DCC 3 CON+
463.5750 LCN 2
452.2625
451.8375
451.8875
451.9250
451.5500

Which system and site # is this one showing? In theory it should be Site 2 of System 132.

Shows Con+ 131-1 DCC:3 in DSD+

So I am assuming Site 1

I have an LCN find running on the BCD436HP but only 2/6

Now shows
LCN 4 451.8875
LCN 3 463.5750

I think I am wrong. St Vs uses LTR standard I believe along with the rest of the Mercy system.

I have'nt programmed my scanner for LTR but I will check this out later.

Been scanning these with DSD lately. I'm not sure if the LCN finder on the beta firmware works correctly yet. The LCN is still important on a Cap+ system, at least for DSD. Still not sure why the Uniden firmware says it doesn't matter.... I was going to submit these to the DB but figured I'd wait til they improve support for DMR.

For B&C.

LCN, Freq
1/2, 463.5750
3/4, 452.2625
5/6, 451.8375
7/8, 451.8875

Lindale PD

Heard Lindale PD on 463.5750 last night. Still not real sure how to do searches for DMR. What I did do is make a couple of custom searches with the frequencies provided in the last couple of previous posts. It would stop and hold on 463.575. I see color code/slot 2 and con flashing. After awhile I heard Lindale PD. The reception and quality was good. Is there anyplace I can find the correct to search for these systems?

Looks like the LCN finder does not work or I am just not getting enough transmissions. Do you see the system as a Cap+ or Con+ I see Con+ in DSD.

Having found the frequency, you can then search for that frequency in the FCC database to see who the licensee might be (only might, as I've found some frequencies with 4 or 5 licensees within a 20-mile circle).

Here are all the licensees on that frequency in the Cleveland metro area: Cleveland Metro Area Scanner Frequencies and Radio Frequency Reference

Since CON is flashing, with a future update you'll be able to see the network ID for the system. You could then search 450-470 watching for that network ID to flash on another CON system. Having multiple frequencies for the same licensee should make it easier to nail down the actual operator.
