Local agencies moving to 700 Mhz TDMA, now cannot scan. Need to know if this scanner is capable of scanning this frequency.

Frequency, yes. But, it cannot monitor APCO Project 25 Phase II (which uses TDMA).

I have one of them to and inhad to purchase the bcd436hp to listen to tdma phase 2, there are several scanners out there that will scan this system
