OSP Pursuit, New Tricks

OSP just had a pursuit that started at Santiam River Rest Area going south into Linn and then north into Marion county. Salem OSP dispatch center had 154.665 AL1 and 155.910 SM1 patched together and could hear traffic on opposite frequencies with a slight delay but otherwise clear.

Guess they are learning new capabilities of the new system, will see if they start patching trunked to conventional?

I heard that as well as I had just driven through that area about 15 minutes before the pursuit came through. Nice feature to have.
