Long Beach Fire Dispatch

Is Long Beach Fire using a new frequency?
I am able to receive their tactical frequencies 5 by 5 but am unable to hear dispatch Tried on 2 different scanners (BCD536HP) on the full database and Pro 197 as programmed. Can hear it in Broadcastify but it sounds a little funny...

I hear F-1 153.950 loud and clear about 15 miles from their transmit site.

Check that you have the correct tone in your radio (DPL-132)

I am about 20 miles from Long Beach but copy their dispatch somewhat weak on 153.950 DPL132.
