There are a number of frequencies across the country owned by "1825710 Ontario Limited" in all the CFL cities. There are analog freqs which are tx-only which I presume to be the officials' wireless mics, and a pair of frequencies in DMR (typically a "repeater pair", but they don't appear to be used as repeaters) which I presume are the players' helmet comms.

Looking at the locations of the licenses, some of the analog freqs are at alternate playing fields and practice fields for the teams, so maybe they're helmet comms for practice instead.

In any case, here's what I found:

Every CFL team's park(s) has 426.7875 and 458.6625 licensed as tx-only, low power (~1W).

The following frequencies are licensed in pairs in the following cities at ~2W, with DMR emissions:

Calgary Receivers 410.8125
Calgary Centre 415.8125

Edmonton Receivers 412.1875
Edmonton Centre 417.1875

Hamilton Receivers 425.675
Hamilton Centre 426.0625

Montreal Receivers 425.0125
Montreal Centre 425.4875

Ottawa Receivers 425.675
Ottawa Centre 426.0625

Regina Receivers 412.1875
Regina Centre 417.1875

Toronto Receivers 412.3625
Toronto Centre 420.4875

Vancouver Receivers 411.225
Vancouver Centre 416.225

Winnipeg Receivers 412.1875
Winnipeg Centre 417.1875

With the advent of the DMR scanner, these frequencies might be encrypted this year (if not already) since they're "sensitive comms" in terms of not wanting the opposing team to hear what your play is going to be. :D

BTW that list is alphabetical but at least the first two cities are most likely in order of rank finishing the season :D :D

I posted an x36HP favorites list in the Prairies and Pacific Coast forum under the DMR threads there which includes all the above frequencies. I put all the freqs in all the stadiums, because it stands to reason that if for example Saskatchewan is in Calgary getting trounced by-- I mean, playing against the Stampeders, their frequency would be in use there as their coach gives desperate instructions to their players.

Again, I grew up in Toronto during the Harold Ballard years. I have no idea what a good hockey team is. :)

I'm also not too invested in football, I'm just playing it up for the yuks. Now baseball, on the other hand...
