When Programming the Band Plan for Vacaville CA, what is the source for the Low/High Freq and Offset in the database(s) for Mot type II smartnet, I don't see this data on the page. I watched the data entry for BCT15X on a you tube video, and the numbers are entered but where did he get them.

What is the source? What do you mean? This is the common bandplan for rebanded Motorola trunked systems. Enter the data in below and scan away.

On the trunked system page in the Misc box is this:
Lo,Hi,Step,Offset,Base
440,559,25.000,440,851.025000
000,719,25.000,0,851.012500

Just FYI, Vacaville-Fairfield are getting ready to put out an RFP to replace the current trunking system which is getting fairly old. They have already commissioned a consultant. My bet would be it is going to be P25 Phase 2.
