NXDN 800mhz system in West Valley

I was in the West Valley around 101 and Glendale Ave today, and I discovered a multi-site 800mhz NXDN system. I did not have much time to monitor, but I did get some data from DSD+ about the sites. I got information about 4 sites, but it looks like there might be 7-9 sites in the system based on the neighbor lists. Here is what I documented:

Looking at the FCC database, there are not really any licenses that fit all these frequencies near the West Valley. 856.5250 and 858.5250 are not even licensed in Maricopa County or anywhere near the West Valley.

I can receive the two .5250 sites at my home near 91st and Peoria Aves. The South Men site isn't very good copy.
I do not have DSD capability.

I think the 856.525 is on the White Tanks, it booms out here in Festival Ranch. I don't hear either of the others so they are probably well to the south or east of here.

I an hearing what sounds like another NXDN control signal on 859.6750, no license shown in the FCC database.

I don't have DSD+ so I cannot decode it.

Update to this.. Scanning here in the East Valley, getting S-2 reception of a CC 854.2875.
DSD is showing the following:

L326-6 RAN 6 CC 79
Neighbors: L326-2 CC 22, L326-4 CC 37

Awesome!! Noticed that DSD is showing Sys ID of 326. DB is showing 236??

I had two different submissions on this. Correction made to show 326 and 4800 system type.

Now, let's get the voice freqs and the neighbor sites identified and those of you with the newest Whistler scanner are going to be able to listen to this outside of DSD+, when they release their upgrade
