Found this on QRZ.com, thought it might intetest some of the HardCoreDX folks in Europe/ME/NA. Announcement says they are open to SWL.

Domino is a digital mode often used in Amateur radio, and can be decoded by utilizing DM780 in Ham Radio Deluxe (Windows PC) or ANDFLmsg application on an Android smartphone/tablet...simply connect an audio cable from the Speaker OUT of your receiver to the Microphone IN on your computer.

Interesting, what frequency do they use, might cruise around for it.
