View of passing antenna on PW trucks.

They looked like Antenna Specialist's tapered black rubber coil, maybe 3 1/2 to 4 inches tall, with a stainless 36+ inch antenna, possibly VHF-HI gain antennas. All my Rad Ref and FCC searches came up empty, for both the Town of Belvidere, and Warren County searches. The low band freqs on the Rad Ref page have expired FCC licenses, for the "Town" listing of PW/Squad/Fire Police. It appeared that the "then" PW freq, was the old Squad freq, prior to Warren County, going VHF-Hi. They have been "radio-less" for some time, using cell phones instead. So seeing a new, shiny antenna on old rusted PW dump trucks, and then on their "generic white" pick up trucks, renewed my interest, to renew my search.Did you mean 46.56 versus 45.56 71.9 PL?

OK, will program 45.56.

Got and additional look at the base coil and whip. It is a tapered black rubberized or shiny "bakelite" finish, with a 36 inch stainless whip. Shorter than I've seen on VHF-Hi Gain antennas. I live 300 "air feet" from the PW yard, so I hope to hear something. What has me thrown, is my inability to find any Belvidere, or Warren County FCC license renewal or new license data. I hope I'm looking in the correct location on the FCC website.

The three frequencies that I posted are ones that you can check to see if Belvidere DPW is possibly using them.
