Sullivan County TACN

Needing some help identifying some Talkgroups for Sullivan County on the new TACN. Does anyone else monitor them that might can help find or ID some?

30092 - Clear traffic
30010 - Encrypted traffic
30005 - Encrypted traffic
30178 - Clear traffic

Step one, match up the ranges to known ones by known users. Say 30091 is an FD dispatch... and 30094 is that FD's training TG... Its usually safe to say that 30092 belongs to that same agency, now comes step 2.... Monitor, monitor, monitor! For the big E ones.. All you can do is match them to the range for an agency unless you have an codeplug or actual listing from the users.

Im working on some connections to try and get more. I got the 30092 as Airport Security. I'll figure em out eventually.
