Of the adc gain on the pro668 I know the basics controls the input data to the codec, but I would like a more detailed use that it's used for. I e tuning a p25 trunked system.
Can someone give me more detailed description...

The tuning will vary for each system. Thats something you will have to play with to see what works best for you and your location / system.
