Unknown Encrypted Talkgroup ID 59456?

Unknown Talkgroup ID 59456 has been active on the Ford Ridge and Cedar Mountain Emery sites all day, I heard the UCAN Radio Engineers in the area this morning on 4096, going between Bruin and Huntington power plant, however I don't know if that's who it is or not...
its encrypted so its hard to know who it is

Looks like they were getting Bruin ready to go online, so it was probably Ucan Radio Engineers that were encrypted
