Looks like the Ambulances are on a Cap+ DMR system. I haven't had much luck figuring out the LCN. Maybe someone else will have better luck than I have. This is what I have found so far:

Site 181-1
451.8875
451.9875
453.0125

Site 181-2
462.7375
464.8500

I was mistaken, this is St. Lukes, not LVH.

The 436/536 scanners do DMR very well with the latest update. I haven't used a Whistler scanner, so I can't say how well those would work.

I'm getting these sites as TuWay, Con+? It's St. Lukes Ambulance and Suburban EMS. I also have them on an Industrial Communications, Salisbury site. Site 181-1 is Allentown, Site 181-2 is PenArgyl.

462.7375 is CC, LCN 1, 464.8500 is LCN 2. Those are the only LCN's I'm able to catch on 181-2.
451.8875 is LCN 2, 451.9875 is LCN 3, and 453.0125 is CC, LCN 1. Again, these are the only LCN's I catch on 181-1.

I'm in the process of trying to split up the TuWay and Industrial Comm. frequencies by location in the hopes of getting a better grasp on the systems.

There are other users on these systems, but I don't know who they are as of yet.

I haven't used a Whistler unit either. But, the 436 and 536 work very well.

You made a lot more progress than I did.

I also just submitted this today

463.96250 Lehigh Valley Hospital Network - Muhlenberg Campus

CC 13
Talkgroup 59 - Security
Talkgroup 85 - Lehigh Valley Medevac

I didn't catch the slot info yet.

I have the slot info. Not with me now though. 59 Security seems to be used throughout the network at each location, I also have it on 451.5000 along with Medevac Ambulance same TGID's and different CC's than you listed. If I remember correctly off the top of my head it's CC 11 on 451.5000. 70's are engineering and maintenance.

I've been working on Lehigh Valley DMR for months. But, it seems like this is all I do anymore since the Uniden DMR previews came out! Before that I was carrying around 3 DMR radios to listen and my tablet with DSD+ and dongle to search.

I have security on slot 1 now, I haven't seen any medevac transmissions so far today. I'll try the 451.500 also and see if I can get that also. I am on the fringe of the area and I can only get them with my base antenna, but even with just 1 bar it all comes in crystal clear.

At this point I don't understand the method to they're madness. There are more, I just haven't documented the info as of yet. I've just been listening programed as conventional to try to figure out the system. It is, as far as I can tell, a simple conventional 1 channel DMR. My thought as to security would be that 451.5000 is the main security channel between locations for central dispatch. The other 59 TGID's with differing CC are for the local locations and they're own dispatch. More listening is required to figure LVHN out.

This is what I've documented to date.

451.5000
Security CC 10 T/S 1 TGID 59
Medevac Ambulance CC 10 T/S 2 TGID 85

452.0125
Security CC 11 T/S 1 TGID 59
Medevac Ambulance CC 11 T/S 2 TGID 85

463.9625
Security CC 13 T/S 1 TGID 59

464.9250
Engineering/Maint. CC 1 T/S 1 TGID 71
Engineering/Maint. CC 1 T/S 2 TGID 72

452.4375
Security CC 15 T/S 1 TGID 59

I did some searching and found TuWay also has 461.475, 461.525, & 461.600 licensed at Pen Argyl. The CC on 462.7375 is the only channel that's licensed for a TRS (YG), and all these other channels are listed as (IG), but clearly state they are for use on a community/trunked system. I've been trying to figure out 181-2 myself for almost 3 weeks...

155.2200 PL179.9 RM is the former Medevac frequency now being used for simulcast of the DMR system for hospital Public Safety, once in awhile you will hear Salisbury Township units call in analog to the system.

464.8500 was confirmed as Suburban Emergency Services

I was also told that Industrial Electronics from Scranton does have a system on the South Mountain dont know much about it but has to do with link system they installed.

Only thing I get on 461.475, 461.525, and 461.600 is straight DMR. I have to admit, I don't understand how these systems are laid out. License doesn't seem to matter, and neither does site/location.

I tried those LCN's and neither site appears to be working as at CAP+ system.

Is it possible those security frequencies are actually simulcasted?

It's a Con+ system. The LCN's work for me. In fact, if I don't have the LCN's programed I get no voice. LVHN security could absolutely be simulcasted. I played around on Sunday having each freq programed in different radios. It sure sounded like simulcast at times.

Maybe I don't have enough signal to decode it as a cap+. They come in clear as conventional but I have 1 bar at most.

I was up in Hope (NJ) and was picking up the 464.850 channel very strong. Same color code also.
