So, the infernos have begun, looks to be a busy summer.

Since last year, there have been some changes. Maybe this post can serve to indicate the working channels for dispatched incidents. Perhaps just put the name of the incident, and the primary command and tac plus any additional channels they went to, including the ones that have already happened earlier in the month This will assist in determining what's getting used, what isn't, and the order of importance.

One thing I found incorrect in the RRdb is XSD Command 3 is not transmitting 103.5 PL for RX. I am listening to it on a little HAM radio, so I can't search for the RX PL, but maybe someone can correct that on the db?

Paul,

XSD Command 3 is SUPPOSED to be transmitting 103,5; the fact it isn't was noted last week during the Border Fire, and will be corrected.

Not sure where you're getting your info, it has always been 110.9 in the CalFire statewide "group 3" radio mask. Someone should confirm before making DB changes.

Northcomm has an incident working on XSD COMMAND 7 right now..........I am being told it's on "tone 4".........not sure if there is an actual XSD Command 7, or if Northcomm is mistakenly calling CDF Command 7 XSD Command 7. Anyone got info on this, and XSD Command 4 and 6 as well?

They moved the incident back to 800MHz RCS.......apparently the BC said they cannot get out on "XSD Command 7". :-\

I see SND channels get XSD designations......have not heard SD City use their SND VHF channels recently, but when they do, SND Command and SND Tac 1 are always patched to 7J and 7K.

Thanks scotty! :-D

The user receive frequency is listed first, followed by the user transmit transmit frequency. As noted, it they are the same, the channel (usually TACs) is simplex.

Still getting XSD Command 3 on 110.9. Hearing a lot of units last Thursday coming back to 10A reporting "can't get out on XSD Command 3", so they switch out to XSD Command 1.
