Well its finally happened. The old Franklin County Public Service system is now gone. The county pulled the plug ending its life around 10am today.

So someone needs to run unitrunker on the existing P25 stuff to see if the county has moved the frequencies.


Good bye old system....

It was a pretty good run for the system, more than 20 years since it’s start as a 5-channel GOSMR system (useless historical tidbit. . . one early customer included an “escort" service).

And yes, the channels have been moved.

I've got UT running at home. I'll figure out where they went. I know Columbus city grabbed a few of the public safety system a few weeks ago. I'll see what has gone on after work today.
