how well does the bcd436hp wor in bucks cnty

Hello again so im thinking of getting a new radio i have the bcd436hp and whistler 1080 or a bc396xt on my list. any opinions on which i should get and why??
i want too listen too police fire and emt ,, public safety and whatever else i can pickup.

The BCD436HP works quite well in Bucks County. I have had mine in operation for over a year and am pleased with it. I also have a GRE PSR 800 set up to scan the same groups but it does not do quite as well.

I use mine in the car all the time with a Larsen 150-450-800 antenna on a magnetic mount.

BCD396XT does not decode phase II TDMA so it won't work on the new Bucks Co. system, go with the BCD436HP or BCD325P2.

Go with the 436. It & my 536 pick up things my Pro 668 misses when I make trips to Bucks Co.
