Nevada Energy TG: 08-021

In the database it's listed as Trouble 1 but 08-133 is Trouble or Trouble Desk. The only traffic I ever hear on 08-021 are these people

On-Line Microwave Communications

Im 99% certain 08-021 should be labeled Telecom 1 and 08-031 could be Telecom 2.

Has anyone ever heard traffic on these two talkgroups not related to microwave repair?

The only comms i hear in the 08-xxx talkgroups is 08-134 TRANSMISSION
however im in the NV ENERGY Reno area and all the comms i hear are on 07-xxx talkgroups.
Since the merger of Sierra Pacific and Nevada Power things may have been changed thats my 2 cents. lol

What sites does Nevada Energy use around the Reno area? I hear Nevada Energy on Red Hill, but that site is not very high and doesn't cover a wide area.
