I just noticed that within the past few days, Mahwah FD & EMS are apparently no longer using 460.1625 for paging purposes. FD units are still using the frequency for response and fire ground radio traffic, but seemingly paging tones and messages have moved somewhere else. Anyone have a clue?

Think it's either on DPW 460.2625 or OEM 460.4625. Heard them last week, thought they were on the wrong channel toning out.

EMS & Fire paging is now on 460.2625, CTCSS 179.9. Not sure if this is temporary or permanent. Have heard no other traffic on this channel since I began listening about 2 days ago. Someone may want to change the database. Fire response and operations remains on 460.1625, CTCSS 136.5. EMS response and operations is on PD primary, 460.200, CTCSS 88.5.

I just received word that this move is permanent. EMS paging traffic was interfering with fire response, so the decision was made to move all paging traffic to the DPW frequency.

Again, all Mahwah EMS and Fire tone outs now take place on 460.2625, CTCSS 179.9.
