Freescan: Old Version Downloads?

I'm trying to download an old version to install on Windows ME because I cant connect to my 396XT on a Win XP or 2 different Win 7 computers. I updated the scanner via Windows 10 last week and now it won't connect on Windows 7 either through the USB adapter or directly through the COM port. I tried using the old ME computer but FreeScan 2.12+ needs .NET 4.0 which won't install on ME. So, I need to find a version prior to 2.12 to try OR fix the other computers. It seems something with the scanner is wrong but I've tried everything in "FreeScan COM Errors": different baud rates, no CC output, autodetection.

Have you tried doing a master reset on the scanner?

Hold down 'HOLD', '2', and '9' while powering up. Then program using the non Win 10 computer.
