If you're just using a scanner alone, then no, you can't as no scanner currently supports NXDN.
You can if...
- You have an NXDN capable UHF radio.
- Scanner with a discriminator output (or SDR dongle) connected to a computer running DSD.
- Purchase the AOR AR-DV1 receiver for $1,300.

In the future, there will be an upgrade to a couple of newer Whistler scanners which will allow NXDN reception, according to the company.
