Put it in SEARCH mode, I'm surprised you can't hear the TFS Dispatch Channel (1401) or the
EMS Destinator or Clearing channels.
They are D mode which your scanner can handle. The E's and T's will flash the talkgroup ID number, but you will hear nothing.
