Can anybody help me figure out JP Energy, dispatch to field crews? When there's a power outage, I'm curious about how crews are assigned.
It's a private (sort of) business, so maybe it's not even possible. For all I know, they do it all by computer now.
I've seen the frequencies listed on the FCC site, but there isn't much audible traffic on any channel I've tried.
