155.400 in the Inland Empire

Could anyone who can hear the radio traffic on 155.400 in Spanish advise where they can hear it in the San Bernardino County IE? I think the PL is 97.4 but can't recall exactly.

We're looking to see where this freq is usable without Spanish interference from Mexico. I'm able to hear it in the Cajon Pass and Devore. Any others?

SBCoFD holds a countywide license for this freq.

I bet that was the spanish comms that was bleeding over to fish/wildlife on 151.43 for the last weeks now

Have you heard the latest Spanish on Fish/Wildlife? There are tones at the end of the TX.
