darn good , i am so happy to get it working , i do not give the time it deserves to keep up to date on this ever evolving technology started over twenty years ago in hobby back then it was a 10ch scanner with no search just punch in the freq good to go ,

Frequency 162.060 shows in IC database as Peterborough Fire and Transportation services, should be interesting. Be careful of CloseCall being close but not always exactly on frequency. I see your display high by 2.5kHz, probably enough to muck up DMR reception (check your step size).

thanks for the tip dave , coming in at about 3-4 bars , i have installed a mobile antenna on roof of my work see what shows up , can i submit any info to data base on dmr systems yet

Generally it could be conventional, or part of a trunked Connect+ or Capacity+ system. I do a search on callsign to find other DMR channels at the same site (including emission mode and bandwidth) but in this case don't see any others, so it looks conventional.
