I am planning on having my portable P25 repeater set-up at the Duke City Hamfest August 12th-14th if anyone wants to try P25. It will have an input of 449.775 and output of 444.775 with NAC293. It will be linked back up to Los Alamos to the fixed repeater with the same frequency pair. I plan on having it operational on Friday night and all day Saturday. If you have a P25 radio give it a try!!!

Thanks,

It was good to have a few try the repeater today at the Ham Fest!!! I will continue to try to encourage digital modes ... P25 has great audio compared to other digital modes. P25 is also the public safety digital mode nationwide and slowly growing in New Mexico.

Thanks,

As we discussed, I heard you loud and clear in Los Alamos, Bill.

I don't have a P25 transmitter, so all I could do was listen.

Be seeing you!
