TG 3496

Anyone have a better handle on what TG 3496 is used for? I have heard it identified as "Tribal" or "PC Ops 1" on different occasions. What would the "PC" stand for? I am pretty sure that it was PC, BC or similar.

Details.... Last week I heard user 121506 identified as DPS 961 conducting a radio check with various tribal law enforcement agencies around the state; specifically I recall White Earth and Lower Sioux but there were others as well.
